How do senior figures in journalism perceive their own stress levels and those of their staff? What organisational support structures are in place, and where is there a need for (further) support? The Mindful Media Lab will explore these questions in a quantitative online survey in autumn 2026. The target group consists of journalists with team leadership responsibilities in German media organisations – ranging from editors-in-chief and editorial directors, through chief editors, news directors and similar roles, to department and team leaders.
