Transfer at the Mindful Media Lab

The Mindful Media Lab contributes knowledge to public discourse and various fields of practice. This includes conference papers, discussions, lectures and keynote speeches, as well as workshops, dialogue formats and professional development programmes. In this way, insights into stress, resilience and leadership are brought into various work and discussion contexts. In our professional development programmes, we teach mental health literacy as a key leadership skill, because how stress is managed is significantly shaped by organisational culture and leadership.
